It’s worth checking what parking comes with a specific listing if daily walkability to the commercial strip matters to you, since being a block or two further out changes that calculation more than it might in a denser neighborhood.
Errands That Still Require a Car
Even for residents close to Riverside Drive, a fair number of routine errands, a full grocery run, a pharmacy trip, most medical appointments, still mean getting in the car, since the Village core is small and doesn’t cover every category of daily need.
